Heather is a graduate of the Downeast School of Massage in Waldoboro, Maine, where she studied Swedish massage with a concentration in energy work. She is licensed to practice massage in the state of Maine, and a member of the American Massage Therapy Association. She also complete CranioSacral therapy training through the Upledger Institute. She graduated from the Birthwise School of Midwifery in 1997 and has been a practicing doula for over 15 years. She has also completed an intensive yoga instructor training program at the ShivaShakti School of Yoga.
A lifelong fascination of the structure and physiology of the human body, a passion for helping people and a natural propensity towards the healing arts have made massage therapy a gratifying and nurturing path for Heather.
Heather is a Maine native, and spend much of her time in the beautiful Maine wilderness, to help nurture her art. She loves yoga, gardens, art, music and people. She believes in unlimited possibilities and spreading light.
Darcy Gagne, LMT
Darcy is a graduate of the Downeast School of Massage where she studied the art and science of therapeutic massage. She has been educated on the importance of dimensional massage therapy which incorporates many techniques, allowing for a unique massage tailored to each individual. Darcy believes in kindness towards oneself and others and strives to show kindness in all that she does. She is in awe of the human body and the energetic nature of bodywork and feels called to offer this service to her community. She offers massage to all ages. Adam Riggio, M.S. Ed, LMT.
Adam began studying martial arts in 1994 at the age of 9, and has actively practiced Qigong and Tai Chi for the past 17 years. As a martial arts instructor for 15 years, he was a site coordinator for an award winning after-school program serving at risk youth. In 2015, Adam graduated from the ETEP program, earning his Master’s in Education, utilizing his skills to develop and implement martial arts curriculum. Adam has completed trainingin Reiki, as well as a certification in Acupressure through DSM. He has also completed trainings for Qigong healing and Qigong teaching with Robert Peng, an internationally renowned Qigong master and healer.
